BIO
Seung Woo earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Myongji University, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
Seung Woo was admitted to the New York State Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York.
Seung Woo was an associate attorney with Rosicki, Rosicki and Associates, P.C. and practiced in bankruptcy law, representing secured creditors in consumer and business bankruptcy cases. Seung Woo then joined Lester Korinman Kamran & Masini, P.C, and practiced in bankruptcy law, representing debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases including adversary proceedings, litigating numerous civil and commercial litigation matters including Appellate practice before the First and Second Department of New York and New York State Court of Appeals, and defending numerous foreclosure actions on behalf of defendants in the State of New York.
In his free time, Seung Woo enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son.
He is fluent in Korean.

BIO
Kate Yi is a dedicated paralegal with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Baruch College and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College. With four years of experience in customer service and a strong background in administrative work, she provides essential support to the firm’s attorney and clients.
Kate excels in guiding clients through the legal process, gathering necessary information, and keeping them informed about their case’s progress. Her role includes assisting the attorney with legal research, drafting, and case preparation, as well as managing client and addressing their inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, Kate oversees case calendars, ensures timely filings, retrieves legal pleadings from courts, and handles various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Fluent in English and conversational in Korean, Kate is adept at building strong cross-cultural relationships.
